About Villette Compound SODIC New Cairo 2026

Villette Compound is a large SODIC project in East Fifth Settlement of New Cairo. Unlike most big-developer projects in adverts, Villette is not a "dream on a master plan."

The early phases have been delivered since 2019 and are occupied by current residents, the gardens are mature, and the amenities are already operational.

Current sales status in 2026: two parallel tracks. The first is the resale market (RTM-Resale) for units in the delivered phases — La Vista, V Residences, and Casa.
