This policy explains how CompoundGate (CompoundGate.com) publishes location data for the compounds and real-estate areas listed on the platform, and the limits within which that data should be used.
1. Source
Compound and area locations displayed on CompoundGate.com are derived from a combination of the following sources:
- Location descriptions published by the developer or the developer's authorised marketing agents.
- Publicly available mapping services, including OpenStreetMap.
- CompoundGate's own editorial review of publicly disclosed project addresses.
2. Indicative use only
All map pins, coordinates (latitude/longitude), and travel-distance estimates published on CompoundGate.com are indicative and intended solely for general orientation. They are not surveyed coordinates, are not verified against title deeds, and are not warranted to correspond to the property's registered boundary or physical entrance gate.
3. No warranty
CompoundGate makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the displayed location is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, including but not limited to property acquisition, financing, valuation, or legal filings.
4. User responsibility
The user acknowledges that any decision to visit, purchase, finance, or otherwise transact based on the displayed location must be independently verified by the user — directly with the developer, an authorised broker, or through official survey and title records. CompoundGate does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from reliance on the displayed location.
5. Corrections
CompoundGate corrects location data upon receipt of credible information. To request a correction, contact [email protected]. Corrections are applied at CompoundGate's editorial discretion within a reasonable time frame.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
