TED Developments was established more than 25 years ago by Eng. Samir Fawzy. The company began its journey in the contracting and construction sector inside Egypt, then progressively transitioned into integrated real estate development.

The head office is in the Maadi district of Cairo. The group operates through three integrated arms: a contracting arm, a real estate development arm, and a finishing and interior-design arm — giving it in-house execution capacity across the full project cycle, rather than relying entirely on third-party contractors.

Sectors served by TED include private residential communities, healthcare facilities, governmental buildings, and commercial and administrative projects. The sector mix is an execution advantage in the Egyptian market, but it also means buyers should evaluate each specific project on its own merits rather than on general brand reputation.

Track Record

Over more than a quarter of a century, TED has executed a series of governmental and corporate projects, including Petrojet Compound, the State Issues Authority Compound, the State Council Compound, and the historical Al-Karnak Compound. The Petrojet project was carried out in partnership with the Eagles Association of the Egyptian Air Forces.

The announced payment plan extends up to 10 years according to listings on major Egyptian real estate platforms at the time of writing.

DR5 New Cairo Mall — a commercial and medical project in New Cairo, including retail units and medical clinics, with starting prices around 3.5 million EGP and an expected handover in 2028, according to the same sources.

Alongside these two current projects, the firm has a historical portfolio that includes Petrojet Compound, the State Issues Authority Compound, the State Council Compound, and the Al-Karnak Compound.
