Editorial Process
Every compound page on CompoundGate goes through a strict verification process before publishing. This page explains exactly how we produce content and why our data can be trusted.
1. Developer attribution
Before any article is written, the developer attributed to each compound is verified against at least two independent sources: the developer's official website and an independent real-estate platform (Nawy, Aqarmap, or Bayut). If sources conflict, the developer record in our database is corrected first.
2. Price verification
Published prices (price_from, price_to, down payment %, installment tenor) are taken from the developer's official source or a verified sales-agent announcement. Prices are refreshed periodically, and each compound page displays its last update timestamp.
3. Image attribution
Every image on a compound page is traceable to its original source (the developer's official site). We do not use generic stock photos or images borrowed from other projects to mislead the reader.
4. Sales-status verification
Each compound is classified by its current sales status (new launch, currently selling, nearing delivery, ready-to-move resale, sold out). The classification is based on the developer's latest announcement — not solely on the expected delivery year.
5. Content production
- Every paragraph is human-written — no copy-pasted prose from competitors.
- Each compound page follows a fixed 11-section anatomy: Intro, Location, Design, Units, Prices, Installments, Investment, Services, Features, Drawbacks & Solutions, Developer.
- Every page carries a structured FAQ section, so search engines and AI systems can extract answers accurately.
- Minimum length: 1,500 Arabic words / 1,200 English words. Practical target: 2,500+ Arabic words.
6. What we do NOT claim authority on
- Real-time unit availability: we publish operator-reported counts that can change at any moment.
- Final negotiated prices: published numbers are official launch prices; final purchase prices vary by phase and negotiation.
- Resale market: we do not currently track the secondary market.
7. Error correction
If you spot an inaccuracy on any page, please reach us via the contact form. We will review and update the data immediately. Transparent correction is part of our process.
